The Deal Recognizes Cravath for Advising on Deals of the Year in TMT, Cross‑Border and Energy Categories in 2019 Awards Series

On June 20, 2019, Cravath was recognized in connection with several “Deal of the Year” awards by The Deal as part of its 2019 Awards series, which recognizes “leaders of the deal economy.” The Firm was honored in the categories of “Technology, Media & Telecom Deal of the Year” for its role in Disney’s $85 billion acquisition of Fox; “Cross‑Border Deal of the Year” for its role in Comcast’s acquisition of Sky; and “Energy & Industrials Deal of the Year” for its role in the merger of L3 and Harris.
