She received a B.S. from the Lomonosov Institute of Fine Chemical Technology in 1983, a Ph.D. from the Shemyakin Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry in 1988, both in Moscow, Russia, and a J.D. magna cum laude from New York Law School in 2001. Ms. Alyonycheva joined Cravath in 2016. Prior to joining Cravath, Ms. Alyonycheva was counsel at a law firm in New York, where her practice focused on patent litigation and client counseling in matters involving chemical arts, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and polymorphs. She is admitted to practice on the Federal level, before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
