Cravath’s New York Office Moves to Two Manhattan West
Nathan K. Noh focuses his practice on advising fund sponsors, founders and institutions in connection with the design, organization and operation of private investment funds, vehicles and accounts, as well as complex asset management M&A transactions and strategic partnerships.
In particular, Mr. Noh has extensive experience providing thoughtful advice to emerging and established managers and investors as they navigate the entire investment management and private funds lifecycle across traditional and bespoke structures, business objectives, economics, strategies and asset classes, including private equity, hedge, credit, venture capital, real estate, hybrid, seed/stakes, co‑investment, fund‑of‑funds and secondaries. His practice also includes advising on internal “upper‑tier” arrangements, succession planning and funds regulatory matters.
Mr. Noh received a B.S. with honors from the University of California, Berkeley in 2013 and a J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2016, where he was the Senior Articles Editor for the NYU Journal of Legislation and Public Policy. Mr. Noh is a member of the Volunteers of Legal Service (VOLS) Pro Bono Advocates Council and a NextGen Advocate for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.
Mr. Noh joined Cravath in 2022 and was named of counsel in 2024.

On October 25, 2024, Legal & General (“L&G”), one of the U.K.’s leading financial services groups and a major global investor, announced its strategic investment in Taurus Investment Holdings, LLC (“Taurus”), a Boston‑based, global real estate private equity firm, alongside an initial commitment of up to $200 million in seed capital to multifamily real estate. Cravath is representing L&G in connection with the transaction.

On October 21, 2024, Neuberger Berman Private Markets (“Neuberger Berman”), EQT and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board ("CPP Investments"), together with global institutional investors, announced the signing of definitive share purchase agreements in Nord Anglia Education, a leading international schools organization ("Nord Anglia”), for an enterprise value of $14.5 billion. Existing owners EQT and CPP Investments will remain shareholders in Nord Anglia through a new fund investment and reinvestment, respectively, while Neuberger Berman will become a new strategic partner. Cravath is representing Neuberger Berman in connection with the transaction.
