Cravath’s New York Office Moves to Two Manhattan West
Michael S. Goldman retired from the Corporate Department in 2022. Mr. Goldman’s practice included complex syndicated loan transactions, acquisition and leveraged finance, asset‑based lending and securities offerings for both U.S. and international clients.
Mr. Goldman was born in New York, New York. He received a B.A. cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 1984 and a J.D. cum laude from Fordham University School of Law in 1987, where he was a member of the Law Review.
Mr. Goldman joined Cravath in 1987 and was elected a partner in 1994. He practiced in the Firm’s London office from 1989 to 1991.
