She received a B.F.A. magna cum laude in 1991 from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. cum laude from St. John’s University School of Law in 1997, where she was an Articles and Notes Editor of the St. John’s Law Review. Ms. Kearns joined Cravath in 2021. Prior to joining Cravath, she was associated with a law firm in New York.
