Cravath’s New York Office Moves to Two Manhattan West

Cravath represented the underwriters in connection with the $1.6 billion registered notes offering of Zimmer Biomet Holdings, Inc., a global leader in musculoskeletal healthcare. Cravath also represented the dealer managers in connection with Zimmer Biomet Holdings, Inc.’s concurrent $4.76 billion cash tender offer. The registered notes offering closed on November 24, 2021 and the cash tender offer expired on December 13, 2021.
The Cravath team included partners William V. Fogg and Michael E. Mariani and associates Joseph A. Marshall and Matthew C. Weinstein on capital markets matters, partner Christopher K. Fargo and associate Alissa B. Fromkin on tax matters, and partner Matthew Morreale on environmental matters. Michael Pelle also worked on tax matters.

The transaction closed on March 20, 2020.
