Tim Cameron Authors U.S. Chapter for 15th Edition of “The Dispute Resolution Review”

Cravath partner Timothy G. Cameron and associate Perry J. Goffner authored the United States chapter for the fifteenth edition of “The Dispute Resolution Review,” which was published in March 2023 by The Law Reviews. The chapter provides an in-depth overview of the U.S. federal and state court systems, covering how the district, bankruptcy and other special trial courts are organized, as well as the procedural rules applicable in federal courts. The chapter also reviews several notable U.S. Supreme Court decisions from 2022 and gives a brief outlook of interesting cases on its docket for the upcoming year.
