Cravath’s New York Office Moves to Two Manhattan West
On June 13, 2024, The Paley Center for Media recognized Cravath Presiding Partner Faiza J. Saeed at its annual Paley Honors gala, which was held in New York in celebration of “visionary leaders from across media, entertainment and business.” Faiza received The Paley Honors Award—the organization’s highest honor—alongside former New York City mayor Michael R. Bloomberg and film director and producer Ron Howard, for their “unmatched contributions to media.” The Paley Center described Faiza as “a trusted advisor, visionary leader and one of the most respected legal minds of our time,” and “a principal architect of the modern media landscape.”
Howard Schultz, Founder, Chairman Emeritus and former CEO of Starbucks, introduced Faiza as she received the award. In his remarks, he said: “Within her firm, she is a ‘culture carrier’ for fairness, collaboration, transparency; and the through line, which is so unusual in the world we are living in, is ensuring that success is best when it is shared. She is a true servant leader [...], respected and revered by her peers, her clients, and the entire industry she serves.”
Celebrating 200 years of partnership. In 2019, we celebrated our bicentennial. Our history mirrors that of our nation. Integral to our story is our culture.
