On September 30, 2024, Cravath partner Sharonmoyee Goswami participated in “Patent Law Institute 2024: Critical Issues & Best Practices New York,” a program presented by the Practising Law Institute in New York. Sharon delivered a presentation entitled “Patent Law – A Year in Review,” which reviewed recent Supreme Court certiorari grants, major Federal Circuit opinions and en banc petitions, changes in USPTO proceedings and the shifting landscape in design patents.
