Paul Saunders Appointed to Commission to Reimagine the Future of New York’s Courts

On June 17, 2020, Janet DiFiore, Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals and of the State of New York, announced the appointment of retired Cravath partner Paul C. Saunders to a new Commission to Reimagine the Future of New York’s Courts, which is charged with examining the enhanced use of technology and online platforms and other regulatory, structural and technological innovations and making recommendations to improve the delivery and quality of justice services and facilitate better access to justice. The Commission consists of distinguished judges, lawyers, academics and policy experts.

Paul also serves as chair of the New York State Judicial Institute on Professionalism in the Law.
