Noah Phillips Speaks at 2023 Competition Counsel Day Event

On April 27, 2023, Cravath partner Noah Joshua Phillips participated in “Competition Counsel Day,” an event hosted by Slaughter and May in London. Noah spoke on a panel entitled “A Changing World: Policy Shifts in Merger Control,” which examined the current environment for merger assessments and controls, the potential effects of changing merger control policy on dealmaking and potential consequences of the new EU foreign subsidies regulation for dealmakers.
