Noah Phillips and Elad Roisman Speak at Harvard Law School and PIFS’s Roundtable on Policy Issues in Asset Management

On September 26, 2023, Cravath partners Noah Joshua Phillips and Elad Roisman participated in the Roundtable on Policy Issues in Asset Management, which was co‑hosted by Harvard Law School and the Program on International Financial Systems in Washington, D.C.

Noah spoke on a panel entitled “The Evolution of Asset Management – Assessing Concentration & Common Ownership,” which reviewed the topic of common ownership and the interplay with an evolving antitrust enforcement landscape. Elad spoke on a panel entitled “The SEC’s Unprecedented Regulatory Agenda & Non‑Bank SIFI Designation,” which reviewed the Securities and Exchange Commission’s regulatory agenda, non‑bank SIFI designation and market views on SEC rulemaking.
