Nick Dorsey and Dan Haaren Speak at TechGC’s 2023 First-Time GC Summit

On March 3, 2023, Cravath partners Nicholas A. Dorsey and C. Daniel Haaren participated in TechGC’s 2023 First-Time GC Summit, which was held in Brooklyn, New York, and featured GCs and leading legal professionals for discussions on how first-time general counsels can navigate the current macroeconomic climate. Nick spoke in a roundtable discussion focused on “Crisis Management,” which touched on valuation issues including navigating down rounds and underwater equity concerns. Dan spoke in a roundtable discussion on “Accelerating Other Functions,” which reviewed cross-functional partnerships and how legal can help accelerate the work of other departments within a company, such as sales, product, finance and corporate development.
