Mynaric AG’s Initial Public Offering of American Depositary Shares

Cravath represented the underwriters in connection with the $66 million initial public offering of American depositary shares of Mynaric AG, a leading developer and manufacturer of advanced laser communication technology for aerospace communications networks in government and commercial markets. The transaction closed on November 16, 2021.
