John White Speaks at PLI’s 55th Annual Institute on Securities Regulation

Cravath partner John W. White participated in the 55th Annual Institute on Securities Regulation, which was presented by the Practising Law Institute from November 6‑8, 2023, in New York. John moderated a panel entitled “Accounting and Auditing Developments,” which focused on accounting responses to economic uncertainty, non‑GAAP measures and SEC rulemaking, as well as recent developments at the FASB and the PCAOB.
