John White Moderates Panel at USC’s 40th Annual SEC and Financial Reporting Institute Conference

On June 2, 2022, Cravath partner John W. White participated in the 40th Annual SEC and Financial Reporting Institute Conference, which was hosted by the University of Southern California’s Leventhal School of Accounting in Los Angeles. John is Chair of the Institute’s Advisory Board. John’s panel entitled “Current Financial Reporting Practice Issues” discussed recent financial reporting developments at the SEC, environmental, social and governance trends, and non-GAAP and key performance measures.
