Jennifer Leete Speaks at PLI’s Audit Committees, Special Committees, and Internal Investigations 2023 Program

On January 12, 2023, Cravath partner Jennifer S. Leete participated in “Audit Committees, Special Committees, and Internal Investigations 2023,” a program presented by the Practising Law Institute. Jennifer spoke on a panel entitled “Regulatory and Financial Reporting Developments – What Audit Committee and Special Committee Members Need to Know,” which reviewed the recent trends and developments regarding the SEC’s expectations of audit committees and recent developments that audit committee members need to know.
