Jeff Dinwoodie Testifies Before U.S. House Subcommittee on FSOC Nonbank “SIFI” Designations

On January 10, 2024, Cravath partner Jeffrey T. Dinwoodie testified before the United States House Financial Services Committee’s Subcommittee on Digital Assets, Financial Technology and Inclusion. 

The hearing focused on the Financial Stability Oversight Council’s recently finalized guidance on nonbank “SIFI” designations—and implications for financial institutions, digital assets and financial technology.
