India Business Law Journal Names Cravath Among Top Players of 2021 for India Related Work

On August 20, 2021, the India Business Law Journal named Cravath among the “Significant Players” in its 2021 ranking of the top international law firms for India related work. The publication noted that the Firm’s teams “often get a lion’s share of the action when big businesses encounter challenges,” and highlighted its representation of Bharti in leading of a consortium to acquire OneWeb, a transaction which allowed the latter to successfully emerge from the chapter 11 process and fund the full restart of its business operations. Interviewees noted the Firm’s “quality of service” and the “experience and professionalism” of its “standout” partners on “complex deals” on the corporate and equity markets.
