Cravath’s New York Office Moves to Two Manhattan West
Cravath represented Hasbro, Inc. in connection with its $500 million registered notes offering. Hasbro, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, operates as a play and entertainment company. The transaction closed on May 14, 2024.
The Cravath team included partner Craig F. Arcella and associates Fay E. Faught and David M. Bales on capital markets matters, and partner Andrew T. Davis and associate William Swisher on tax matters.

On August 3, 2023, Hasbro, Inc., a leading toy and game company, announced that it has reached a definitive agreement to sell its eOne film and TV business to Lionsgate for approximately $500 million, consisting of $375 million in cash, subject to certain purchase price adjustments, and the assumption by Lionsgate of production financing loans. Cravath is representing Hasbro in connection with the transaction.
