Cravath represented the underwriters in connection with the $276 million initial public offering of units of GoGreen Investments Corporation, a newly organized blank check company for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. GoGreen Investments Corporation is sponsored by GoGreen Sponsor 1 LP. The units were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on October 25, 2021.
