Cravath’s New York Office Moves to Two Manhattan West

Cravath partners Gary A. Bornstein and Noah Joshua Phillips and practice area attorney Benjamin J. Bauer participated in the American Bar Association’s 2024 Antitrust Law Section Spring Meeting, which was held from April 10‑12, 2024, in Washington, D.C., and convened international antitrust, consumer protection and data privacy professionals.
Gary spoke on a panel entitled “Global Private Litigation in The Digital Economy,” which reviewed recent decisions related to global private litigation involving digital platforms, as well as their implications. Noah spoke on a panel entitled “Reining in Gatekeepers and Ecosystems,” which examined the different approaches regulators, plaintiffs, and legislators have taken for ecosystems built by large tech firms. Ben chaired a panel entitled “Robo‑Compliance: Automation With AI/ML,” which addressed how organizations can deploy AI/ML‑powered tools to improve antitrust compliance.
