Cravath’s New York Office Moves to Two Manhattan West
Cravath represented First Solar, Inc. in connection with its $1 billion senior secured revolving credit facility. First Solar, Inc. is a leading American solar technology company and global provider of comprehensive PV solar energy solutions. The transaction closed on June 30, 2023.
The Cravath team included partner Joseph D. Zavaglia, of counsel Isaac C. Beerman and associate Jill C. Refvem on banking matters; of counsel Elizabeth Albert on derivatives matters; partner Arvind Ravichandran on tax matters; and practice area attorney David Crampton on executive compensation and benefits matters. On June 23, 2023, Judge Michael T. Liburdi of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona dismissed with prejudice all claims brought against Cravath clients First Solar, Inc. and its executives (collectively, “First Solar”) in a purported securities class action litigation concerning the company’s Series 6 solar module and its Project Development business.
