The presentation reviews and anticipates activity across enforcement agencies, noting the SEC’s commitment of substantial resources to combatting insider trading market manipulation related to COVID‑19, and the DOJ’s prioritization of the investigation and prosecution of fraud and cybercrime related to COVID‑19 and the enforcement of antitrust laws in connection with the manufacturing, distribution or sale of public health‑related products or services.
