Cravath’s New York Office Moves to Two Manhattan West
Bristol-Myers Squibb Company has signed a definitive agreement to sell its ConvaTec business unit to Nordic Capital Fund VII and Avista Capital Partners for approximately $4.1 billion. ConvaTec is a world leader in the development and marketing of innovative wound therapeutics and ostomy care products. Cravath is representing Bristol-Myers Squibb in this transaction.
