On October 7, 2024, Cravath partner Andrew T. Davis participated in “Proposed CAMT Regulations - Conversation with Treasury,” a webinar event hosted by the USA Branch of the International Fiscal Association (“IFA USA”). The virtual panel, which also featured speakers from the Department of the Treasury and professional services firms, analyzed the potential ramifications of the proposed CAMT (corporate alternative minimum tax) regulations for businesses with international operations and explored considerations given in developing the rules.
