Cravath’s New York Office Moves to Two Manhattan West
On May 26, 2021, Amazon and MGM announced that they have entered into a definitive merger agreement under which Amazon will acquire MGM for a purchase price of $8.45 billion. Cravath is representing Amazon in connection with the transaction.

Cravath represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent and lead arranger, in connection with the arrangement of a $7 billion amended and restated revolving credit facility made available to Amazon.com Inc., a leading provider in retail sale of consumer products and subscriptions in North America and internationally. The transaction closed on June 23, 2020.
