Unilever’s Acquisition of OLLY Nutrition

On April 18, 2019, Unilever announced it has signed an agreement to acquire OLLY Nutrition, a premium U.S.‑based wellbeing business in the vitamins, minerals and supplements category. Cravath is representing Unilever in connection with the transaction.
