Steve Madsen Co‑Edits Book on New York Antitrust Law

Cravath partner Stephen S. Madsen co-edited a book entitled “New York Antitrust and Consumer Protection Law,” the third edition in the series, published by the Antitrust Section of the New York State Bar Association. In addition to examining New York’s antitrust and consumer protection laws, the book discusses enforcement tools, settlements under the New York executive law and multistate enforcement.
