On January 21, 2016, Cravath partners Philip J. Boeckman and John W. White participated in the “Fifteenth Annual Institute on Securities Regulation in Europe: Practical Implications of U.S. Law on EU Practice,” a conference presented by the Practising Law Institute and held in London. Philip served as a Co‑Chair of the program and John moderated a panel entitled “Accounting and Auditing Developments for 2016.”
