Cravath partner Philip J. Boeckman co‑edited European Securities Law – Third Edition, an Oxford University Press publication published in March 2021. This comprehensive practical guide to the regulation and operation of the securities markets in Europe examines the practice of equity and debt offerings, private placements and takeovers, considers nuances in national implementation and practice in eleven European Union Member States and the United Kingdom, explores developments in the high‑yield bond market in Europe and assesses the legal implications of Brexit, the recent EU Prospectus Regulation and the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
Cravath partner Alyssa K. Caples co‑authored the “High Yield Bonds” chapter, which is new to this third edition, and Cravath partner Nicholas A. Dorsey authored the chapter on “Special Considerations for Non‑EU Issuers”. Associates Lawrence J. Verhelst and Brian T. Bodensteiner worked with Philip on the treatise as editorial managers.
