Nick Dorsey Speaks at ALN’s 2022 Decoding the Future of Tech in Africa Conference

On November 17, 2022, Cravath partner Nicholas A. Dorsey participated in “Decoding the Future of Tech in Africa,” a virtual conference hosted by Africa Legal Network from November 15-17, 2022. Nick spoke on a panel entitled “Growth-Stage Fundraising & IPOs,” which examined the steps necessary for a start-up to move from early stage to growth stage; how the growth stage investment landscape has evolved; considerations for start-ups weighing a potential IPO or sale; and suitable IPO and other exit routes for African technology start-ups.
