Lindsay Goldberg’s Acquisition of ARYZTA AG’s North American Bakery Business

On March 12, 2021, Lindsay Goldberg, a private investment firm, announced that one of its affiliates had entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the North American business of ARYZTA AG, one of the largest B2B providers of frozen baked goods in the U.S. and Canada, for approximately $850 million. Cravath is representing Lindsay Goldberg in connection with the transaction.
