LegalZoom.com’s Senior Secured Credit Facilities

Cravath represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in connection with the arrangement of a $335 million first lien term loan facility, a $40 million first lien revolving credit facility and a $105 million second lien term loan facility, made available to LegalZoom.com, Inc., a leading provider of personalized online legal solutions for small businesses and families. The facilities will be used for general corporate purposes. The transactions closed on November 21, 2017.
