IWG plc’s Private Placement of New Ordinary Shares

Cravath, together with Slaughter and May, represented IWG plc in its £320 million private placement of new ordinary shares. IWG plc is a leading global operator of workspace brands. The shares were listed on the London Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on June 1, 2020.
