INEOS Quattro Financing Limited’s €1.3 Billion and $500 Million Senior Secured and Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented INEOS Quattro Finance 2 Plc and INEOS Quattro Finance 1 Plc in connection with their €1.3 billion and $500 million senior secured and senior notes offering. INEOS is one of the world's largest chemical companies. INEOS Quattro Financing Limited, formerly known as INEOS Styrolution Financing Limited, is a subsidiary of INEOS Limited. The notes are intended to be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on January 29, 2021.
