GCR’s New York Antitrust Survey Ranks Cravath as “Elite”

Cravath’s Antitrust practice is ranked among the “Elite” in the December 2015 issue of Global Competition Review (“GCR”), which focuses on the best antitrust practices in New York. This is the sixth consecutive year the Firm has been ranked in the highest tier by GCR. The article notes Cravath’s handling of “big‑ticket mergers and headline‑grabbing antitrust litigation matters in the past year,” including the Firm’s representations of H.J. Heinz in its purchase of Kraft Foods, Mylan in its bid for Perrigo and successful defense against a hostile takeover attempt by Teva, and litigation matters for American Express, Mylan, Alcon Laboratories and Qualcomm.
