On May 29, 2019, Frontier Communications Corporation (“Frontier”) announced it has entered into an agreement to sell its operations and all associated assets in Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington to WaveDivision Capital, LLC in partnership with Searchlight Capital Partners, LLC for $1.352 billion in cash. Cravath is representing Frontier in connection with the transaction.
