Faiza Saeed Moderates Panel on Stockholder Activism at IBA’s International M&A Conference

On June 11, 2015, Faiza J. Saeed, Co‑Head of the Firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions group, participated in the 14th Annual International Mergers and Acquisitions Conference, presented by the International Bar Association and held in New York City. Faiza moderated a panel entitled “Stockholder Activism Today,” which focused on the growth of stockholder activism in the U.S., the situation in Canada and Europe, and the outlook for the future and how boards of directors can prepare themselves.
