On March 20, 2017, FactSet, a global provider of integrated financial information, analytical applications and industry‑leading service, announced that it has acquired BISAM Technologies S.A. for $205.2 million from Aquiline Capital Partners and company insiders. Cravath represented FactSet in connection with the transaction.
Cravath also represented FactSet as the borrower in connection with its $575 million revolving credit facility. The proceeds of the initial borrowing under the facility were used to fund the transaction and repay existing debt.

Cravath represented the borrower, FactSet Research Systems Inc., in connection with the arrangement of $1.5 billion of credit facilities used to refinance existing indebtedness and for working capital and other general corporate purposes. The facilities consisted of a $1 billion revolving credit facility and a $500 million term loan facility. The transactions closed on April 8, 2025.
