Elsevier’s Acquisition of Aries Systems

On August 2, 2018, Elsevier, part of RELX Group, announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Aries Systems, a leader in scientific publication workflow solutions. Cravath is representing RELX Group in connection with the transaction.
