Crown Castle’s $1 Billion Asset‑backed Notes Offering

Cravath represented Crown Castle Towers LLC and certain of its subsidiaries in connection with its $1 billion 144A/Reg. S asset‑backed debt offering of notes, backed by revenues derived from its wireless communications towers. Crown Castle Towers LLC is a subsidiary of Crown Castle International Corp., an owner, operator and lessor of shared wireless infrastructure. The transaction closed on July 11, 2018.
