Cravath ranked number one, by volume, in the U.S. lender law firm bookrunner category of the 2014 U.S. Syndicated Loan League Tables, published by Thomson Reuters Loan Pricing Corporation (LPC). The Firm was involved in many significant commercial banking deals throughout the year, such as representing the lead banks in the financing for Actavis’s pending acquisition of Allergan, the lead banks in the financing for Zimmer Holdings’s pending acquisition of Biomet and a consortium of banks in the financing for Community Health Systems’s acquisition of Health Management Associates, among other matters.
