Cox’s $2.6 Billion Debt Offering and Concurrent Cash Debt Tender Offers

Cravath is representing Cox Communications, Inc. in connection with its $2.6 billion 144A/Reg. S debt offering and its concurrent cash debt tender offers. Cox Communications is a broadband communications and entertainment company and the third-largest U.S. cable television company based on revenues. The debt offering is expected to close on August 7, 2017.
