The shares were listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on June 29, 2021.

On June 24, 2021, Hapag-Lloyd and Singapore-based Ocean Network Express (ONE) Pte. Ltd. announced they have completed integration onto the TradeLens platform, for a more timely and consistent view of logistics data for their containerized freight around the world. TradeLens is a neutral, third-party platform launched by IBM and A.P. Moller - Maersk to help modernize the world’s supply chain ecosystems and is run on IBM Cloud and IBM Blockchain. Hapag-Loyd and ONE join foundation carriers A.P. Moller-Maersk, as well as CMA CGM and MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC), who both completed their integration in October 2020. Cravath is representing IBM and A.P. Moller – Maersk in connection with the integration of the other carriers onto the TradeLens platform.
