CC Holdings GS V LLC and Crown Castle III Corp.’s Senior Secured Debt Offering

Cravath represented CC Holdings GS V LLC and Crown Castle III Corp. in connection with their US$1.5 billion 144A/Reg. S senior secured debt offering. CC Holdings GS V LLC and Crown Castle III Corp. are subsidiaries of Crown Castle International Corp., one of the largest owners and operators in the United States of shared wireless infrastructure. The transaction closed on December 24, 2012.
