Cravath represented the syndication agent, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., in connection with the arrangement of a $225 million increase to the existing term loan B facility for Amneal Pharmaceuticals LLC, a manufacturer and distributor of affordable medicines. The transaction closed on May 24, 2016.
The Cravath team included partner George E. Zobitz and associate David J. Benhamou on banking matters; associate Dmitry Zelik on tax matters; and partner Matthew Morreale on environmental matters. Ashley May and Brian B. Kennedy also worked on tax and executive compensation and benefits matters, respectively.
