American Woodmark’s High‑Yield Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by Wells Fargo Securities, in connection with the $350 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior notes offering of American Woodmark Corporation, a leading manufacturer and distributor of kitchen cabinets and vanities for the remodeling and new home construction markets. The transaction closed on February 12, 2018.
