Cravath’s New York Office Moves to Two Manhattan West
Paralegals are essential to the work we do for our clients. With the solid foundation of training and support provided by our Paralegal Program, these professionals provide critical support to our legal teams. Paralegals at Cravath work directly with partners and associates, gain substantial practical experience and develop valuable organizational and professional skills. Both our Litigation paralegals and Corporate paralegals may be assigned to a specific specialty group or team within a practice area. The Paralegal Program lasts for two years. Some participants choose to stay on as career paralegals; others continue on to graduate studies, including law school, business school or other graduate programs, or to other professions.
01
Litigation paralegals support our lawyers in all phases of the litigation practice, from pre‑complaint investigation to trial and appeal.
02
Corporate paralegals work with associates and partners throughout all phases of corporate transactions.
03
We seek applicants who are bright, willing to work hard and always motivated to do their best.
Celebrating 200 years of partnership. In 2019, we celebrated our bicentennial. Our history mirrors that of our nation. Integral to our story is our culture.
