Cravath’s New York Office Moves to Two Manhattan West
On March 25, 2015, H.J. Heinz Company and Kraft Foods Group, Inc. announced that they have entered into a definitive merger agreement to create The Kraft Heinz Company, forming the third largest food and beverage company in North America, in a transaction valued at approximately $60 billion. Cravath is representing Heinz in connection with this transaction.

Cravath represented the underwriters in connection with the €550 million registered senior notes offering of Kraft Heinz Foods Company, one of the largest food and beverage companies in the world at the time of the offering. The transaction closed on March 1, 2024.
